Posted : admin On 3/27/2022Organizations are required by both statue and administrative code to establish a written system of internal accounting and administrative controls. The Gaming division has created a sample manual to assist organizations in creating their own gaming internal controls.
Division of gaming; subchapter a. Video lottery gaming (parts 5100-5122) subchapter b. Casino gaming (parts 5300-5329) chapter v. Administration (parts 5400-5500) gaming facility location board rules. The Federal government has designated some forms of gambling as prohibited within the US and has created laws that are non-negotiable in the regulation of such prohibited activities. On this subject, the Federal government may outlaw any form of gambling and states must abide by their law as Federal regulation will always trump state laws.

North Dakota Games of Chance Reports of Activities. Prior reports, if available, can be obtained by contacting the Gaming division. Beginning January 2019, the quarterly reports will be issued after the end of the next following quarter.
