Hi all, i jsut started reading up on card counting, and i got the BS down and i can go through 2 decks in about a minute. I heard a lot about a new easier method of counting called SPEED COUNT. I'm not sure how it works but i think it uses only positive numbers, (which would make things a lot easier). I think the seminar is like $900 and i wasn't able to find anything about it for free on the net any body know anything about it?
this is my first post. Its nice to to find a place where people with the same interests can talk and discuss. Have any of you ever been barred from a casino?
also i live in ohio, so the nearest casino is in niagara (i think) Any of you guys recommend any particular casino? i used to go to casino niagara but they have those damn impossible to count card shuffles.

How To Speed Count In Blackjack Game

The true count is easy to work out, you simply divide the figure you have for the running count by how many decks are still to be dealt. If you’re playing a blackjack game in which there are six decks, every true count moves the houses advantage half a percent in favour of the player. The true count will tell us what our advantage is at any point in a multiple deck blackjack game. To calculate our True Count, we simply divide our Running Count by the number of decks left to be dealt. In a standard 6 deck blackjack game each true count will move the house edge half a percent toward the player’s advantage. The Speed Count makes unique use of the handy statistic that says the average completed blackjack hand happens to contain 2.7 cards. Now, since the key low cards in the game (2s, 3s, 4s, 5s and 6s) comprise 38% of all the cards, then on average, almost exactly one of these low cards should appear for every completed blackjack hand. Introduction to the Speed Count System and Its Origins For decades, blackjack card counting systems all revolved around the same basic premise. Players start off the game with a baseline count, before adding or subtracting digits from that count based on the appearance of high or low cards. With Speed Count you track only small cards and make one adjustment at the end of the round for the number of hands played (therefore, Speed Count tracks number of small cards played per hand). Speed Count is so simple to learn and use a 12-year can do it.
